Version update

There are cases in which when a version update is made in Additio App, this implies changes in the synchronization process that forces the user to update the App in order to synchronize.

Faced with this situation may be the case that when the message to update version is displayed, some users do not see the update in Google Play or AppStore.

This may be due to the fact that perhaps the update is not yet available in the servers of Google and Apple, because usually this propagation usually takes some time. In this case it is recommended to wait a few hours for it to be available.

If after several hours, the update still does not appear, we recommend doing the following:

Android

- Close the App completely, verify that it is not in memory.

- Close the Google Play application.

- Open Google Play again and look for the update of Additio App.

iOS

- Close the App completely, verify that it is not in memory.

- Close the AppStore application.

- Restart the device.

- When starting the device again, open the AppStore and look for the Additio App update.
