NOTE: This option is not available in the web version. In this case, you have to use the Export data option, available in the main menu Settings (see tutorial: Export all data).
Access the group from which you wish to export data, press the three vertical dots menu on the upper right side of the screen and select the Export data option.
A window will appear, in which you will be able to select the data you want to export: Students list with their personal information, Group marks (evaluations) list, Group attendance list, Group attendance list (only anomalies) and the Class Diary.
On the bottom of the screen you’ll find the Settings option, with which you can define the type of CSV separator (, or ;) and the file encoding (ISO Latin 1 or UTF-8).
Once you have selected the data you wish to export, a preview of the document will appear. Click on Send and you will be able to write the delivery email in which you wish to receive the document in .csv format (you can open it with Excel). If you choose to export reports from the Class journal, you will receive it in .pdf format if you have an iPad an in .doc format if you have an Android tablet.
NOTE: The screenshots in this tutorial are taken from the app version of an Android tablet; in an iPad the procedure is the same.
